Job Overview:

As a CAD/Revit technician, you will actively contribute to the design process through project set-up meetings and utilization of CAD software to create project models.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

· Project model set-up and management

· BIM/Revit problem solving and collaboration

· Multi-team and discipline coordination

· Exercise and develop proactive communications with internal staff as well as external design team members.

· Ability to create new or modify existing AutoCAD drawings

· Ability to create new or modify existing BIM drawings

· Manage process for maintenance and updating of CAD/BIM drawings

· Quality control for in-house design drawings which includes graphic and drawing presentation

Skills:

Revit, cad software, Revit families, Bim, Drafting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

· Experience in CAD/BIM/Revit coordination in MEP and/or A/E/C industry OR a graduate of a CAD Training program

· Meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design collaboration

· Experienced project management skills

· Desire to work in a collaborative engineering role within the construction industry

· Knowledge of 3D computer modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD)
